Can you accommodate special dietary or accessibility needs?
Absolutely. Please share any dietary, mobility, accessibility, or other special considerations during the inquiry process. I’ll take those needs into consideration when researching and curating your journey and work to identify suitable options whenever available.
How far in advance should I book your services?
La Bella Viajera curation fees are non-refundable once the planning process has begun. Cancellations or changes to booked travel are subject to the individual policies, penalties, and refund terms of the applicable travel suppliers. I’ll assist you with eligible changes or cancellations whenever possible, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.
For the best experience, I recommend reaching out at least 6-8 weeks before domestic travel and 3-6 months before international travel. More complex, luxury, group, or peak season journeys may require additional planning time. Last-minute requests may be considered based on availability.

What is the difference between travel curation and travel booking?
Travel curation is for travelers who want a personalized journey thoughtfully designed around their interests, travel style, priorities, and desired experiences. Travel booking is for travelers who already know where they want to go and need assistance securing eligible travel arrangements.
How much does custom travel curation cost?
Curation fees begin at $125 and vary based on trip length, complexity, number of destinations, and the level of planning required. After reviewing your inquiry, I’ll confirm the applicable curation fee before the planning process begins.
Is there a fee for travel booking?
There is no separate curation fee for eligible travel bookings that do not require custom itinerary planning. If additional research, itinerary design, or personalized planning is requested, a curation fee may apply.
What happens after I submit my travel inquiry?
I’ll review your trip details to understand your travel style, priorities, and planning needs. You’ll then receive next steps, including any applicable curation fee, before custom planning begins.
